We have recently made phlebotomy appointments available to book on-line, however unfortunately some patients have booked into these slots thinking they are GP appointments. Please can we ask that you are extra vigilant when booking appointments slots on line and check to make sure that they are the correct appointment for your need, either GP or Phlebotomy – this will show at the top of the appointment. If you are using the App, the appointment slot type will show when you click on your preferred date. We will be unable to swap the appointment over on the day, so will prevent a wasted visit to the Practice for you.
